I lost my texture tool right in the middle of a project and Kristie had one left. I asked her how fast can she get me the tool so I can finish, she had my order from Florida to California within 3 days. I’m so impressed with this shop I dare not shop another for fear of delay in order. She always packages my order well so nothing gets broke or smashed. I love her notes she puts in with my order. It gives the feeling I’m actually known at her store, which is a friendly feeling we all like when a store owner gets to know you. I wish I could have her in California. She’s got some new stuff in the shop looks like I’ll be trying also. Very diverse in products to buy.
